Returns
We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return:
- Provide your order number and a clear description (with photos, if possible) of the defect.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products in their original, unused condition. If you ordered the wrong size or type, or wish to exchange for a different item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the exchange.
Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued for non-defective items.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from delivery.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
